Cleaning Instructions
The fabric outer cover is removable and can be machine washed at 60°C.
Memory foam's hypoallergenic properties reduce the risk of mould and dust mites, so the inner core of the pillow doesn't need to be cleaned as often as regular pillows. The core can still be washed with bleach or soap, but avoid machine washing and drying to protect the foam's structure.

The pillow offers two adjustable heights. It comes with a removable 0.8" thick insert at the bottom, allowing you to lower the pillow's height. If you require additional height, simply let us know, and we can provide an extra insert.

What should I do if the product I purchase does not meet my expectations?
